When visiting the Seychelles Island's you have to try your hand at a BBQ Grilled Fish. Your holiday will not be complete unless you try grill the local Seychelles Fish on your BBQ under the stars.
To Grill:
Allow your BBQ flames to burnt out so that you can grill on a slow heat
Place the fish (seasoned and marinated) into the clap- grill and place on BBQ
Turn and apply new coating of marinade each time and squeeze lime juice on for flavour
To enhance the creole flavour you may want to add fresh chilli in the slits

Ingredients:
Oil
Onions Chopped
Crushed garlic
Chopped fresh parsley and thyme
Tablespoon HP sauce
Tablespoon tomato sauce
Teaspoon soya sauce
A couple of limes to flavour fish while cooking
The Fish:
Clean and cut the fish
Cut Slits on both sides and apply mixture of salt and pepper slits in the slits
Paste the marinade in the slits and apply over the fish on both sides and inside the belly of the fish
