14th January 2016: Chalets d Anse Forbans Seychelles Mahe
It was just another beautiful sunrise while our clients enjoyed the morning having the morning stroll on the beach and breakfast in the tropical garden.
But this morning was not the usual start of the day at Chalet d' Anse Forbans it was a morning that will remain in the memory of all our guests making their holiday in the Seychelles... That Bit MORE Memorable.
Hawksbill turtle hatchlings had emerged from their nest and where making their way to the ocean but had headed in the wrong direction and now where all over our the garden of Chalets d' Anse Forbans. Guests got together and searched the area for them. All the hatchlings where placed in a secure large container so they could be released together at high tide.

Guests where amazed and delighted, excited and overwhelmed. One of our guests said it was a dream come true! Once the tide was high enough, guests and management all got together to prepare the beach for the release of the turtles. Guests and their children just stood in awe watching these amazing tiny creatures as they made their way to the ocean- sense it - then dash for the ocean.
