The Seychelles Islands are hosting the 8th Indian Ocean Island Games from the 5th to the 14th August 2011.
The delegation from the Seychelles comprises of 340 athletes and officials. The games are said to be attracting some 1,800 athletes and officials from 7 Indian Ocean Countries. This is the second time the Seychelles is hosting the games.
